Delivery Times

How long does delivery take?

Every Haus of Lux sofa is handcrafted to order in our Manchester workshop. Please allow 2–4 weeks from the date of your order. You will receive email updates throughout production and a confirmation call 24–48 hours before delivery with your 2-hour arrival window.

Can I choose my delivery date?

Yes — once your sofa is ready, our dedicated delivery team will contact you directly to agree a convenient date and time. We deliver Monday to Saturday, 7am–7pm across mainland Great Britain.

Do you deliver at weekends?

Yes, we deliver on Saturdays. Sunday delivery is not currently available. Weekend slots are popular — please confirm your date as soon as our team contacts you.

What time will the delivery arrive?

Our delivery team will provide a 2-hour arrival window when they call the day before. Deliveries take place between 7am and 7pm.

Preparing for Delivery

How do I prepare my home?

Ensure a clear path from your front door to your chosen room — remove rugs that may slip, fragile items, and any obstacles. Our two-person delivery team will carry, position, and unpack your sofa, then remove all packaging materials.

How do I check my sofa will fit?

Measure all doorways, corridors, and staircases against the sofa dimensions listed on the product page. Our team is experienced with tricky access — if in doubt, email hello@hausoflux.uk before ordering and we will advise.

Can you remove my old sofa?

Old sofa removal is available on request. Please let our delivery team know when they call to confirm your slot so it can be arranged in advance of your delivery day.

What happens if there is an access problem?

Our team are experienced with narrow corridors, tight staircases, and restricted access. Please notify us in advance at hello@hausoflux.uk so we can plan accordingly.

Is delivery really free?

Yes — completely free on every single order. We offer free white glove delivery across all of mainland Great Britain. No hidden charges, no fuel surcharges, no postcode premiums. Ever.

Do you deliver to Scotland?

Yes — we deliver to all mainland Scottish postcodes free of charge, including Edinburgh, Glasgow, Aberdeen, and the Highlands. Extended lead times may apply for remote locations.

Delivery Issues

What if I miss my delivery?

If no one is available at the agreed time, a re-delivery fee of £50 will apply. Please ensure someone aged 18 or over is present at your delivery address throughout the confirmed window.

My sofa arrived damaged — what should I do?

Inspect your sofa carefully before signing. Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery by emailing hello@hausoflux.uk with clear photographs. We will arrange a repair or replacement at no cost to you.

My delivery is running late — who do I contact?
