Delivery & Lead Times

How long does delivery take?

2–4 weeks from order date. Every sofa is handcrafted in our Manchester studio. Our team will call 24–48 hours before delivery to confirm your 2-hour arrival window.

Is delivery free?

Yes — completely free on every order across mainland Great Britain. White glove delivery to your room of choice, all packaging removed.

Do you deliver to Scotland and Wales?

Yes — we deliver to all mainland Scotland and Wales postcodes, completely free of charge.

What if I need to rearrange my delivery?

Contact us as soon as possible at hello@hausoflux.uk. Rearrangements within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery may incur a £50 fee.

Products & Fabric Samples

Can I get free fabric samples?

Yes — completely free. Order up to 6 samples at hausoflux.uk/pages/free-swatches and receive them within 3–5 business days, delivered to your door.

Where are your sofas made?

Every sofa is handcrafted in Manchester, Great Britain, using premium fabrics, high-density foam, and solid hardwood frames built to last a lifetime.

Can I customise my sofa?

Yes — visit our Made to Measure page to choose your size, fabric, cushion fill, leg finish, and more. Our craftspeople will build exactly what you have in mind.

How do I know which size is right for my room?

Check the dimensions on each product page and measure your space carefully. Email hello@hausoflux.uk for a free sizing consultation with our team.

Payments & Finance

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and bank transfer. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments.

Do you offer interest-free finance?

Yes — 0% interest payment plans are available. Contact hello@hausoflux.uk for details and to check eligibility before placing your order.

Is it safe to pay online?

Absolutely. All payments are processed through Shopify's PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Your card details are never stored on our servers.

Returns & Cancellations

Can I cancel my order?

What warranty do your sofas have?

All sofas carry a 2-year manufacturing warranty and a 5-year hardwood frame guarantee. See our Warranty Guide for full details.

My sofa has a fault — what do I do?

Email hello@hausoflux.uk with photographs and your order number. We will review your claim and respond within 2 business days.
