Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before placing your order. By purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.

Last updated: March 2025. These terms apply to all orders placed through hausoflux.uk. Haus of Lux is a trading name registered in England and Wales.

1. Our Contract With You

When you place an order with Haus of Lux, you are making an offer to purchase our products. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We will notify you promptly if we are unable to fulfil your order.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend prices at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.

Payment is due in full at the time of ordering unless a payment plan has been agreed in writing. We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfer. All transactions are processed securely.

3. Made-to-Order Products

All Haus of Lux sofas are handcrafted to order in our Manchester workshop. As such, each item is bespoke and made specifically for you. Please allow 2–4 weeks from the date of your order for delivery.

Because your sofa is made to your specification, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing. Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details.

4. Delivery

We offer free white glove delivery to all mainland Great Britain addresses. We are unable to deliver to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, or the Isle of Man. Full delivery terms are available on our Delivery Information page.

Delivery lead times are estimates only. We will not be liable for any loss caused by delays outside our reasonable control.

5. Cancellations & Returns

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement. A 30% administrative fee applies. You also have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period in which to cancel by written notice. Full details are in our Cancellation & Returns Policy.

6. Warranty & Defects

All Haus of Lux products come with a 12-month manufacturing warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, or normal wear and tear.

Any defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by emailing hello@hausoflux.uk with photographic evidence.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on hausoflux.uk — including images, text, logos, and designs — is the property of Haus of Lux and may not be reproduced without our written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Haus of Lux shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of your order.

9. Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in accordance with UK GDPR.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
